The 16th Shanghai International Prefabricated Building and Other Exhibitions will be held in 2025
The 16th Shanghai International Prefabricated Building, Light Steel House and Building Steel Structure Expo 2025 will be grandly held at the Shanghai World Expo Center in Pudong from August 6th to 8th. The 21st China (Shanghai) International Green Building Materials Expo and the 26th Shanghai International Villa and Commercial Building Supporting Facilities Expo will also be held concurrently with this exhibition. ​
At the previous exhibition, nearly 100 industry manufacturers such as FRAMECAD Asia and Zhejiang Minglou Technology all launched new products with large exhibition areas. At the Shanghai New International Expo Center, the key issues in the current development of the industry, such as the technology, domestic application status and development prospects of prefabricated houses, integrated residences and light steel villas under industrialized technology, were perfectly demonstrated. The exhibition area covered nearly 10,000 square meters, with a total of 27,883 visitors (including 1,936 overseas visitors) participating in this industry extravaganza. It played a significant role in promoting the guiding development of the green building materials industry. ​
It is learned that the 2025 exhibition will continue to gather numerous enterprises in the industry, showcasing related products and technologies such as prefabricated building structures, prefabricated interior decoration, components and parts, and mechanical equipment. It is expected to attract more professional visitors to visit, exchange and cooperate, further promoting the development of the prefabricated building industry.
