The simplified customization process of container houses
1. Demand communication
Clarify the purpose: Inform the purpose (such as accommodation, office, shop, etc.), the number of people, and functional requirements (such as bathrooms, kitchens).
Confirm the specifications: Determine the dimensions (such as standard container dimensions of 20ft/40ft, or custom non-standard dimensions) and the number of layers (single layer/multiple layers stacked).
Budget description: Provide the approximate budget range to facilitate the manufacturer's recommendation of plans.
2. Scheme design
Preliminary design: The manufacturer provides basic drawings (including floor plans and section views) to confirm the layout (such as the number of rooms and the positions of doors and Windows).
Material selection: Choose wall sandwich panels (such as rock wool/polyurethane), floor material, appearance color, etc.
Functional configuration: Determine whether water and electricity lines, air conditioners, furniture, etc. need to be pre-installed.
3. Quotation and Contract
Obtain the quotation: The manufacturer provides a detailed quotation based on the design plan (including materials, processing, transportation and installation costs).
Sign the contract: Confirm the price, delivery time, payment method (down payment ratio, balance payment node), after-sales terms, etc.
4. Production and manufacturing
Factory prefabrication: Steel structure welding, wall assembly, and pre-embedding of water and electricity are completed in the factory, with a typical cycle of 7 to 15 days (depending on the quantity).
Quality inspection: Before leaving the factory, structural stability, waterproofing and circuit tests are conducted to ensure compliance with standards.
5. Transportation and Installation
Transportation arrangement: The manufacturer is responsible for logistics (by road/sea), and should confirm the passage conditions at the unloading location in advance (such as height restrictions and road width).
On-site installation
Single-layer box: After hoisting into place, connect the water and electricity, and the process can be completed within one day.
Multi-layer box: Hoist layer by layer, fix and stack with bolts, install stairs, corridors, etc., with a cycle of 2-3 days.
6. Acceptance and Delivery
